36 hours per week, term time plus 2 weeks

Hours:  8am to 4pm (may require attendance at early evening meetings) 

Scale SO2 – £28,611 (actual pro rata’d salary per annum)  

We are seeking to appoint a highly skilled, dedicated and experienced professional PA to Headteacher.  You will work at the heart of the school, supporting the Headteacher in his role, liaising with staff, parents, school governors, central government and local authorities and others. The job will be varied and will give you a unique insight into the workings of a complex and vibrant school which is at the heart of its community.

Previous experience of working in a school is not essential.  Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are vital along with tact, discretion, initiative and a confident, flexible and positive attitude.
