Lister Community School is a Deaf friendly school with a long established and thriving Resourced Provision for Deaf and hearing impaired young people.   Deaf and hearing impaired students are supported to integrate with both Deaf and hearing peers in all aspects of school life and to access education in mainstream lessons using a total communication approach.   We wish to recruit dynamic, enthusiastic Educational Communicators as we are expanding our successful provision.    The successful applicant will have experience or interest in working with students with a range of abilities.

About Lister Community School

Lister Community School is a large, 11-16 comprehensive school.  We are a mixed school that maintained its ‘Good’ status by Ofsted in December 2018, and continues to celebrate year on year record breaking exam results.
