Year 10 GCSE Dance students had a great workshop with UEL Dance students as part of their Collide Festival. The teachers Harriet, Tanake and Amirah are currently studying Dance on the Urban Dance Practise course. However, their hip hop and locking workshops were so professionally taught that you could easily mistake them for professional experienced teachers.
The Year 10s loved it. “It’s the best workshop we have ever had” said Aiyanna. There is talk of them coming back, provided the GCSE dancers achieve their target grades!
Harriet, the team leader said “We all really enjoyed teaching the workshop and were so impressed by the students’ focus and efforts!”
