Scholars seminars run Tuesday and different teachers come to talk to students about their own specialist interests. Daniel Cordeiro in Da Vinci, year 7, has written a couple of lines about some recent scholars seminars he has attended.

Conspiracy theories

I like learning about the conspiracy theories because they really got my brain thinking.  It’s interesting how simple things could turn so complicated. Sometimes you can’t trust conspiracy theories though as someone could have made it up for fun.

Election Observation

Election observation is something I have never learnt about before and Mr. Bruce gave us a practical seminar to help us understand it. Election observation is important because someone could win unfairly. Violence could also occur without election observation. With election observation it helps you to make sure that everyone is voting correctly. This helped me to consider other jobs that are available in politics.
